If you want me to find an aerial photographer to do an aerial photography assignment this is what I will do for you. I will find the ten closest aerial photographers to your assignment location. Closest is very important because a major part of the aerial photography expense is the cost of the plane, pilot and fuel. I have established a method of finding an aerial photographer to do your assignment that shows me, in distance order, the closest photographer within a hundred mile radius to the location I put in the search box. I will request bids until I get at least three. I will do “comparison shopping to be sure you receive the most value for the money spent. At one time, finding ten aerial photographer and getting bids was a free service to the client wanting aerial photography services because the photographer who gets the assignment pays for finding him/her the assignment or the photo lab pays me for sending them the processing when it is an assignment for a client that wants a bunch of big pictures. This is fine and dandy if the client follows through and has the photographer with best bid (based on cost and quality of his/her samples) do the assignment. Unfortunately this is not always the end result of my efforts which sometimes take a half day to find the ten closest aerial photographers to get at least three bids for an aerial assignment.
Too many times, I have spent as much as a half to come up with required three bids and the client does not follow through. In the case of attorneys, the trial is continued and then they have more time to make a possible settlement so they put the assignment off. Quite often, they do have a settlement and aerial photography is not needed. I have this happen also. I have worked many times as much as a half day and got the required three bids from the ten aerial photographers I contacted to submit a bid. I submitted the bids to the client and the client changes his/her mind after they learn what the cost is. It is impossible for me to give an estimate ahead of time because there are so many variables. The amount of flying time is one of them. The distance the photographer has to drive to the airport from his/her business is another. The cost of the plane and pilot is another. Some aerial photographers think their time is worth a $100 an hour some think their time is worth $200 an hour. I insist on a copyright release to save the client problems later. Some photographers do not like this so they charge more for the assignment. If the assignment location is near an airport that could extend the flying time considerably because the control tower runs off the aerial photographer to allow the scheduled flights to come and go. Some assignments require a helicopter, which usually cost three times more than an airplane. Some times the terrain requires a larger plane, which will raise the price maybe double. I have seen a bid come in at $200 from one photographer and then a $600 bid from another photographer for the same assignment. Because there is a chance that I could work a half day and receive nothing for my efforts I now there is a charge of $25 up front to get at least three bids from the ten closest aerial photographers. I know that the “comparison shopping” I do can be very beneficial for you. Just by getting multiple bids, you could save much more than $25. I always get at least three bids for each assignment. When you hire one of the three photographers from whom I got bids and you have paid them I will refund your $25 if you are not convinced I saved you at least $25 in time or money.
Pay Pal is the recommended method of up front payment.
If you spend from your bank account it is $25 for three-day service sometimes four day service. If you spend from a credit card, it is $26 for same day service. If you use a credit card from a country other than the USA add $10. 24-hour support is available by calling 1-402-935-2050.

World:
The World is a name for the planet Earth seen from a human point of view, as a place inhabited by human beings. It is often used to mean the sum of human experience and history, or the 'human condition' in general.
Especially in a metaphysical context, it can also refer to everything that makes up reality, the universe:
World distinguishes the entire planet or population from any particular country or region: world affairs are those, which pertain not just to one place but also to the whole world, and world history is a field of history, which examines events from a global (rather than a national) perspective. Earth, on the other hand, refers to the planet as a physical entity, and distinguishes it from other planets and physical objects.
In Christian theology, the 'World' connotes the corrupt, mortal order of society outside the community of believers (which is worldly as opposed to heavenly). It is often cited alongside the flesh and the Devil as a source of temptation that Christians should flee. The adjective worldly refers to world in this sense: 'mortal', 'mundane', 'devoted to the interests of this world'.

Universe:
"Universe" is a word derived from the Old French univers, which in turn comes from the Latin roots unus ("one") and versus (a form of vertere, "to turn"). Based on observations of the observable universe, physicists attempt to describe the whole of space-time, including all matter, energy, and events, which occur, as a single system corresponding to a mathematical model.
The currently accepted theory of the universe's formation is the Big Bang model, which describes the expansion of space-time from a gravitational singularity. The universe underwent a rapid period of cosmic inflation that flattened out nearly all initial irregularities. Thereafter the universe expanded and became steadily cooler and less dense. Minor variations in the distribution of mass resulted in fractal segregation into features that are found in the current universe; such as clusters of galaxies.
